TERMS OF USE
These terms apply to all orders and purchases made via the website www.vedessence.com (the Home page) and apply from January 1, 2019 until the new terms are published on this website.

By placing an order and completing a purchase on the Website, you enter into an agreement with the company Botanik by LANI, corporate identity number 7505016506, Botanik by LANI and accept these terms.
Botanik by LANI reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. The terms that apply to your purchase are the terms that are published on the website and that are available at the time of your purchase.
By placing an order and completing a purchase, you further confirm that you are 18 years or older and that you are not under guardianship or other limitation of your legal capacity, you have the right to enter into an agreement Botany by LANI.
Prices
All prices stated on the Website refer to Swedish kronor (SEK) including applicable VAT. The price stated on the Website when ordering is the price that applies to the purchase.
Ordering
By clicking on "confirm purchase" you enter into a binding agreement with Botanik by LANI regarding the purchase of the products covered by the current order. You therefore undertake to pay for the products that are in your shopping cart and which are covered by your purchase. We always send an email message, provided you have given us your email address, with a confirmation of the purchase made.
Botanik by LANI reserves the ownership of all the goods you purchase until the goods are finally and fully paid by you.
Payment:
Botany by LANI accepts payment only via clear, credit card and bank card (Visa and Master Card).
Delivery is normally done by mail.
Unless otherwise stated, the goods are sent within three to five days from the date of payment.
Free shipping when buying over 1000 SEK.
Delivery outside Sweden, within the EU takes place between five to one week.
Shipping is available abroad.
CLEARANCE SALE
Botany by LANI reserves the right that certain goods on the Website may be out of stock at certain times. In the event that an item you purchased would be temporary, you will be contacted by Botany by LANI for more information. You always have the right to waive / cancel the purchase of products that are temporarily sold out.
Please indicate clearly that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, Botany by LANI will refund the purchase price including the shipping cost.
Please note that your right to exercise your right of withdrawal only applies if you
(a) the goods and their packaging are in unused and undamaged condition; and
b) Botany by LANI receives the goods for which you invoke the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days after you notified Botany by LANI that you are using your right of withdrawal.
If the goods you send back are not in unused and undamaged condition, Botany reserves the right to deduct the amount corresponding to the deterioration and / or damage that has occurred on the goods or goods. In this case, Botany by LANI will notify you of the reason for this.
Repayment will be made no later than fourteen (14) days from the time that De La Pena received the goods for which you claim the right of withdrawal.

Botany by LANI stores this information during the time when Botany by LANI is required by law to comply with obligations to you or that are otherwise required by rules on accounting and other applicable rules. This means that Botany by LANI normally stores your data in seven (7) from the date of your last purchase or contact with Botany by LANI.
Applicable law, dispute resolution, etc.
Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes between the parties based on these terms and conditions shall be settled by a public court in Sweden.
Consumers resident in the EU always have the right to turn to alternative dispute resolution bodies to settle the matter well with Botany by LANI. This is an option that is normally easier, faster and cheaper than going to a public court. You as a consumer can either turn to the EU Commission's online tool for dispute resolution or turn to the Public Complaints Board.
